3 Positives for today...

1. Didn't have a takeaway like everyone else in my family!
2. Did a lot of Body Magic today and actually enjoyed it! (Bronze here I come)
3. I cooked my meal today from scratch and all by myself!
 
1. Had a nice day out
2. Stayed within syns whilst chilling in the pub
3. Really enjoyed tea

3) Finished my section of story for the children's writing competition I'm entering! It's in the postbox as I type! Massive weight lifted!
 
1. Joined the gym and ran for 45 minutes today
2. Had speed soup almost every day this week
3. Joined Minimins to inspire me to keep losing weight!

Saturday.

1 - had my hair done :)

2 - first full day of my Easter holidays.

3 - hubby bought mr a v special gift today!

1) did 1st day of level 2 of 30 day shred today
2) went to a cafe but had jacket pot, beans, cheese and salad
3) went to the footie with my man

1. I resisted all of the cakes / brownies / doughnuts , caramel shortcake on sale during the interval at my concert today
2. Walked over 4 miles for the third day in a row
3. Sunderland didn't get beat at City (should've won though)

2) Feeling slim today (trying to remember that feeling if I don't see a number I want to see tomorrow at WI!)

3) My dinner was nommy!
 
1) I booked a holiday! I'm going to Majorca for a few days in May- so excited!
2) work went fast and was pretty painless
3) completed day 5 of the 30 day shred. Muscles are aching less and I measured myself- 1 inch off my arms (omg!) 1 inch off my bust and 1/2 off my waist. In 5 DAYS!!!

1. Has lost 4lbs this week :)
2. Fitted into some size 16 jeans i havent worn in 4 years
3. Realised its another 2lbs and ive lost 3 stone :) its taking its time but im getting there !

1 - it's sunny outside

2 - i have no plans - which means i can do anything

3 - even tho i have had 14 syns already today, i think i curbed my cravings and will be able to be good for the rest of the day!
 
Haven't replied to this thread in ages!! So here goes:

1: did 1 hour high intensity aerobics this morning

2: put a ton of stuff on eBay so hopefully can make a few pennies for holiday

3: staying relatively on track syns wise so hopefully can have a loss next wed
 
1 - 1st day of easter leave
2 - back on track after a huge blow out on the weekend
3 - meals planned for the next 2 days
 
1) Work was quite good, went quickly

2) Skin's really cleared up due to not wearing makeup for a week or so

3) Lovely sunny day.
 
1 - took part in a much harder zumba class today and survived!!

2 - done lots of school work today on my first oficially day of holidays!!

3 - food been ok sofar after yesterdays 'off' day lol
