3 Positives for today...

1) Lost 1lb at Class
2) Planning my Syns around my weekend plan. So I don't go off track
3) Completed Day 3 of Squat Challenge. :)
 
Joined the gym/swim/fitness classes....jus need to use it now

Walked dogs when really didn't want o get out of bed this morning

100% day!
 
1. Lost ½lb at WI
2. Got a whole box of Thornton's Classics sitting next to me but I put the lid on after having 3
3. Upped my fluid intake so that I've had at least the NHS recommended intake which is more than I'd usually have (naughty!)
 
Myself & OH decided were going to apply for visas for Canada this year and I'm soooo excited!!

Really in the zone with slimming world and feel really motivated

The sun is shining, I'm smiling and think ill go for a walk later :)
 
Got up at 12.30 :) looooovely lie on!
bought loads of cheap fruit and meat from aldi
made a rather tasty syn free spag Bol :)
 
This is more for the weekend...

1 - marked all my books ready for tomorrow (not often done!)

2 - spent some time with old friends and enjoyed myself

3 - resisted going out for lunch and made myself a lower far version at home which I enjoyed just as much - saved money and syns!! :)
 
1. Just had a tasty red day breakfast

2. Going to spend the afternoon with my sister and 3 year old niece

3. The sun is shining
 
- I'm on my 5th day of being very very good food wise :)

- I picked up a hippo for Mrs W the hippo lover :)

- it says 17 degrees on the temperature thing in the garden :)

- I'm having a 4th.........I've made £45 this weekend by selling stuff I don't need anymore :)
 
1 - first day bk at work completed

2 - steak for tea. (Was a real treat)

3 - ha a clear out at work just like a spring clean in this nice weather!!

I survived my first Earthquake!

I burned off any excess syns I had today

I ran/walked the F1 track, will run it all one day!

1. I cut my THIRD birthday cake of the week ( 3 different kids brought cake in) and yet again resisted a slice, whilst sending extra slices over to my year group colleague and the principal!
2. I left work at 3.30
3. I had something for dinner which I probably haven't had in over a year, garlic chicken pasta salad.
