Just had my 9th wi and have lost another 5 pounds! Feeling fantastic as my trousers are very loose as well today so am noticing the loss very much now. Had been worried this week as I have had bouillon twice and didn't know if that would affect the loss but happily it seems to be fine. x

Wow that is fantastic have u much more to loose ? I'm on week 1 (but 7 realy but have just had 2 weeks off due to family issues ) and I'm down 2st 2lb its brilliant still have another 1st 7 lb I was 15st 10 any wher mid 12st will do me getting there !!!!
i still have quite a way to go - 4 stone 11! Sounds better than the 8 stone 2 i had to lose 9 weeks ago! X well done both of you on your losses! XSimilar threads
