Today - 9 stone 12.8 on the scales this morning! I'd be thrilled with anywhere close to this on Monday, but with takeaway and wine tomorrow I think it's unlikely. I'll have used all my syns by Sunday and I think my weight has probably dropped because I've not had many syns so far this week.

I totally messed up last night.. I had the toast and margarine because I was going to be drinking, then I drank a whole bottle of wine unplanned! I'm hoping it doesn't affect weigh in too much.

Wagamamas Yaki Soba (Hex B for oil, unknown syns)

Next weekend i'm having a bottle of wine and a chinese takeaway, so I need to save as many syns as possible for that. I'm going to take it as a flexisyn day though as it's the first time in ages that i've been home to my parents and I love chinese food! There's no point planning to eat healthily as it won't happen. I've got a low syn week planned so the majority of what I eat should be covered anyway. :)

Just to remind myself for when times get tough.

Reasons I want to lose weight and tone up:

- To be able to fit my calves into my hunter wellies
- To be able to buy knee high boots straight off the shelves and not have to worry whether they'll fit my calves
- To be able to wear a dress without tights
- To fit into my old clothes
- To be able to feel confident and proud of my body
- To be able to wear a bikini on holiday and not feel disgusted
- To not have to detag every photo on facebook because i'm mortified as to how big I really am

I'll no doubt add to this list in the future!

I went to Tesco last night and picked up a packet of nuts.. I walked all way round the shop then decided I didn't want them and bought a magazine instead :) On a week where I'm not having Chinese and wine I would have had them and synned them but I need to save syns. I should have around 26 syns left for a Chinese by Saturday, hopefully that will help with the damage weight wise!

Hi Sam, well done on getting into the 9's! I have been reading your diary and it is motivating me a lot as I am at a similar start weight at 10.5 stone wanting to get down to 8st in time for August! Anyway just wanted to say good luck to getting to your goal weight :)

It depresses me reading this thread. What I've give to be back in the 9s! I'm currently over 11 stone (official weigh in tomorrow morning.)

Back to logging food in an attempt to stay on track...

Breakfast: Cereal bar (1/2 hex b) and banana
Lunch: Homemade hummus, carrot sticks, grapes, ryvita (1/2 hex b), lilt zero
Dinner: Mushroom risotto with Parmesan cheese made with 1/3 tsp of oil (1 syn for oil, approx 3 syns for cheese)
Snacks: Kitkat (5.5 syns), 2 satsumas, nectarine, tea and milk (hex a)
