3 tbs is about 40 grams

Depends what you're having. :D 40g of lettuce would be a fair bit, cucumber not so much. :)

Just try to picture whatever you're having chopped up a bit and sitting in a tablespoon and multiply that by 3. It's not an exact science, but a slice or two / leaf or two either way doesn't make much difference calorie-wise when it comes to low carb veggies. :)
