3 weeks, 24lb down!

Three weeks down, only 8 to go! So so pleased with 24lb, have never lost that amount ever on any diet! I am startin to feel better. Would love to have a nice meal. just cooked salmon for the family, my favourite!! Hope eveyone is having a good week! lol
