Step 1 Sole Source + 3 weeks in and 20lb gone!!

Butterfly im hoping to jus eat grilled food wen i go out to eat n watch the carbs.. Iknw wt u mean coz we will have to socialise at some point and i think u will defo be fine tonight u have done so well.. I dont drink so i dn know hw it will affect u being on this diet but iv heard its not too good to hav it while ur in ketosis so jus double check it with ur cdc also instead if water u cud hav coke zero cz atleast its a drink not water..I feel better that i know your here because i look forward to talking to u and seriously u do motivate me to keep at it.. I think after this 7days in london im going to see my consultant on the follwing thursday so wen im back next saturday im going to do 100%ss for them 6 days and get weighed and hopefully i will see a small loss instead of getting weighed on the saturday im back and be disheartnd.. Anything to help me stay motivated! I think if i see i put on it will realllllly get me down..

Gettin weiighed every 2weeks is a really gud idea and i willl probly do this after my second week back x
 
Hi nazz! Really appreciate your support too! It helps to speak to someone else who is going through it!

Spoke to my consultant about drinking last week. She advised me to opt for clear spirits like vodka or gin and have water every other drink. The alcohol obviously effects you more so just need to be sensible and will probably be home after my first drink!!

Have a fab time in London and enjoy every minute. I am sure you can pull back any indulgences before your next weigh in!

Thank you! Decided to have an upload has feeling a bit flat today! Having one of those battles in my head telling me to fall face first into some food!!

Hiya hun, london was brill.. Diet went down the drain.. Back on it tmrw.. Got nothing planned till xmas now so hope in 6 weeks i can lose 2stone.. Hows it goin with u hun x
 
Glad you enjoyed it! Nice to have a blow out and live in the real world for a bit!! Nice to see you back in here though - I have missed my buddy!!

I have been fine. Went on that night out the day you went to London and had a good few drinks and a meal. I actually think it boosted my loss the week after.

Yesterday we went to a family christening and people commented how much weight I had lost. That was so encouraging. I am really feeling the difference this week and can see it in my figure. Managed to resist all the Lancashire hotpot and home made cakes but was dreaming of grated cheese on the way home!

Have booked a family holiday to Cornwall in April with other couples and their children. Realised that I should be at my goal then and will look totally different. That is my focus now - just a shame Christmas is in the way!!

Weigh in day on Friday this week so hope that goes ok.

Thanks so much. It's funny but looking at the pictures really motivates me when I feel like I still have a long way to go!

I have been doing cambridge 6 weeks today and have lost 2 and a half stone so far. Still another 4 to go!!!
