Im gutted just gad a sneaky peek on scales and it's showing as nearly 2lb up. Im now debating whether to go to meeting or not

Woohoo! I went to class as couldnt face the guilt of not going and I was rewarded with a 0.5loss! so im happy happy wiith that!

The plan this week is to not eat all my weeklies on a sat and try and spread them over the week and see if that helps!

Im heading out today with my friend and her 2 kids and my other friends wee one to a family fun day :family2:
