1. I felt thinner today

2. I really enjoyed my salad today at lunch

3. As of 2moro I'm going to do measurements rather than focus on what the scales say!!

4. I resisted chips on the way home!

1. I managed to keep my cool during a difficult call at work even tho I wanted to tell get to go f herself lol

I'm going to measure on Saturday morning after I weigh .

I'm thinking of joining slimming world as I need something new to give me a boost and to focus on and will hopefully help me with the gluten free sized of things. Will see how weigh in goes on sat.

1. I ordered a dress for my brothers wedding in 2 weeks!

2. I'm nice and chilled out because if the long weekend!

3. I'm totally chilled out after a nice relaxing shower
