30 day shred challenge?

Any slimming worlders up for a 30 day shred challenge? After being very naughty over Christmas (and before if Im honest) I've put a stone back on :sigh: so it is more than time to get my finger out. Jillian has been dug out of the cupboard, dusted off and L1 D1 was completed this morning.

Anyone else up for a bit of shredding support?
