Would you believe it cpn cancelled meeting as psychologist is off sick for 2 weeks :( I was so worked up hardly slept last night. I cried when he told me :( xxxx

Dosent look like it my cpn said he would phone back on Mon he never did :(

I went into town with a friend but struggled as it felt EVERY ONE was coming right at me and thry were all moving so so fast. It was horrible i took lorazapam and came home.

But I have been on track with food so far. It's the only thing I can control.

I bought my son ( before my blip out ) some clothes in rivers land sale. Tops and shirts.

I also got him a purse to put round his neck-he lost ladt one with £12 in it. So for next hol he can use this

My carer would. But I feel no one can help-I am a lost cause. He sent a letter through for 29th Oct but I am out for the day with my auntie who husband had a stroke.

I am glad I got bits for mu son in town.

He's gor a tempreture tonight :( I panic when he's ill xxx

The help is there for you - you just need to access it. If you feel up to it, get on the phone and demand some support - or ask someone to do it for you. This is not the time to hold back xx

Anwar on a plus not I got my 1 stone award at weight watchers yesterday.

I had 30 point-i was really to tired to post yesterday eve. My ME/CFS is flattering me. I ache all over. ....got keep going though.

No idea how I got 2 photos of fruit.

Last photo I got is a pandora ring-i bought myself when I lost 4 stone :) last week. But have felt so pants to wear it. But decides i needed to wear it. No use saving it for 'best'

When I loose 5 stone I've got some sterling silver jewellery from debenhams earings and necklace. I bought in there sale for £18 instead of £45 :) ots tucked up on my shelf

The ring I've had i also bought in sale was £15 instead of £30.

I still feel guilty when I spend money on myself when I could spend it on my son. So would rather get my bits in the sale :)
