30 day shred

hey girls here i am.!!! day 7,8 and 9 done.!!! ive sat down tonight and gone through the dvd wrote down all my fave strength,abs and cardio and put together my own workout to music i like for 30 mins..im going to start this once i have finished day 10...tomo.!! yeah!!!!!!

i have really enjoyed doing this dvd and has opened my eyes to what works together.

I love the squats, with the side lunges and shoulder raises!! Has to be my fave, and the squat with boxing!! All the squat moves really!! Not sure about some of them still, got a bit of a pain in my back tonight, and my leg has been sore again :( so will see how it goes tomorrow!!

Your doing really well autumn and that sounds a great idea picking out some of the moves to do your self!!
 
well day 10 done. cant believe i stuck to this for 30 whole days.!! going to start my new workout tomo and see how that goes.!!
