Ok so Day 1 completed. Feel terrible cos I couldn't manage even 50 all in one go!!!

25 done & then I had to have a wee breather. Was all hot & sweaty doin 50 squats oh lord I am a very unfit person.

Can't wait to see some results but not looking forward to wandering about like john wayne.

Well done! I was the same - I'm breaking mine into sets as well. As far as I know it doesn't matter how we break them up, as long as we do that number in the day so whatever we have to do to get the number, we can do :D

I'm definitely walking a bit gingerly today, I can't lie. Everyone at work keeps asking what's wrong with me - hahaha :D
 
I will try to do as many in the morning before I leave & then will sneak the rest in during the day.

Good job everyone! I've been out all of today so haven't had the time to fit mine in. I'm swapping day 3 and 4 round so today was a rest day (my legs were a tad achy so probably a good thing!) and tomorrow I will do day 3's squats.
 
I didn't have time to do mine this morning (slept through my alarm - oops!) but I'll do day 3 when I get in. Definitely feeling the burn in my thighs bu telling myself it's GOOD pain :D
 
Is anyone else feeling really achy? I had my rest day yesterday but I seem to ache more after the break lol

Its defo working I can even feel my big hips hurting a bit.

I may need to skip a few days or pause the challenge for a wee but as I am going in for surgery on 29th November so will need to see how I feel after that.

My app seems to do it at completley different intervals to you lot. Today was day 9, and I did 45. but yesterday I did 80? I think it jumps up fairly quickly, then goes down a bit after your rest day then jumps again. Tomorrow is a rest day, but weds/day 12 is 120 squats! Will probably do it in two stages of 60. Not finding it too hard to be fair, my legs are a little sore but nowhere near as bad as I thought it would be. Mind you all of my stregnth is in my legs...I'd struggle a lot LOT more with abs or arms challanges
