hi everyone
Going to start back tomorrow now, learnt a few things here so going to get back on track now. I want to get down approx. 2 - 3 stone for Oz trip in October.
At one o clock, that seems to be my problem when at work cause all there seems to be in sandwiches to eat. Also ive a very bad habit of eating scones every morning so i have to knock that on the head
i will keep you all informed, my will power is very bad but i think from been on this site ill be strong with the support
