30day shred and exante

I all question for those who have done 30day shred with exante did any of you see results and did it slow your weight losses down?

I'm doing it now. First week I still lost 3lbs and although I can't see any difference the DVD is getting easier now. Level 1 is not really a challenge anymore but I've decided to keep on it a bit long with heavier weights.
