I went out!! I did a 30 min walk by the sea and then visited my sister! Was very odd to see something other than these 4 walls! X

Well done!! Very pleased you went - was a beautiful winters day on the south coast :)

I love the coast. I couldn't bear to live away from the sea. The nearest beach to my house is less than a minutes drive. It makes me happy :)

I have missed it, when we went down the super steep hill and saw the view I said 'ohhhhh wow I've missed that' !

I've been eating alot better the last couple of days. Using calories wisely, having veg and fruit and salads.

Using the app has definitely dampened my appetite. I don't have to eat as much to feel full and it feels good! I'm going to keep eating well and thinking about what I'm eating rather than using up calories on so much junk. I will have the odd bag of crisps or a pudding here or there coz I'm not going to deny myself things or I'll crave them.

Feeling good even after 3 weeks! X

I say quick, it would take the normal person 5 mins, it took me 13 mins 42 seconds with 2 rests :D

As you can see by the red line... I'm obviously p*ssed as a fart :p

I've been looking through my walking app and found the cliff path walk I used to do.
It was very steep so I was slow doing it but I walked for nearly 2 hours 20 mins! 2.5 miles.
That was 7 months ago! There is NO WAY I could do that now!
But, I'm aiming for that again :)

First time I ran a 5k it took me 48mins. I can do it in 25 now. First time I did a plank I could hold it for 1second now 90. The human body wants to be fit. It's amazing how quickly it improves.

13mins of walking is brilliant and I bet you next time you walk it you'll be a few seconds quicker :)

You are right too, I wasn't much lighter than I am now when I was doing my big walks. I just was fitter.

The walk round the block puffed me out a lot but if I keep doing it I will get used to it.
No one was out at that time and it was dark so I could get all puffy and sweaty with minimal embarrassment.

I like living here as you can see on the map it's a nice neat circle :) handy for a walk :)

I'm in bed now, worn out. Was lead by my niece into Milford haven's 100 acre wood as she calls it, it is in fact a bit of scrubland that used to be a caravan site but she has her imagination so we all went along with it!

I have been up since 7:30 with 4 hours sleep. I hope I hope til morning I hope I sleep til morning I hope I hope I hope!

Roasty din dins tomorrow, looking forward to that :D and Joe's cooking it! Happy happy!

I have now been on a 4 day binge - helllllllllpppppp!!! I don't know what's wrong with me. Tomorrow has to be better. Exercise has been amazing for weeks but food I've been a nightmare. Ridiculous.

I love the imagination!! 100 acre wood sounds very exotic better than an ex caravan park anyway!!

I really fancy a roast dinner, going to convince mum to do me one when I'm back from Hong Kong.

Are you due totm? Could be that?

Just take it one meal at a time and if you get hungry maybe brush your teeth or have a big drink. That usually helps me. Plus if you have a super good day you will be extra happy about it tomorrow Xx
 
I slept from 11:45pm until 4:47am when I needed a wee as I'd drank so much water yesterday and then I fell back to sleep until 8!

Not a straight through sleep but still more than ive had the last few weeks.

Going to go out for another walk today. My back was really hurting during yesterday's 30 min walk but I pushed through. Will take extra painkillers today.
 
I lost my pound :)

It's not the loss I deserve but after after a poorly swollen water retaining week I can't be too disappointed! I'm going to make this week a super better week :)
