    Hi Jenny,

    I am new to all this. In my first weigh in i gained 0.5lbs :(

    Looking at your info u have done extremely well. well done to u. :D

    Red:

    Breakfast: weetabix with milk
    Lunch: chicken with veg/onions/peppers
    Dinner: wholemeal pasta with chicken
    Snacks: muller light yoghurt, strawberries and more fruit! (tuna to nibble on if peckish)

    Does this sound ok to u?
    Any advice will be very much appreciated! xxx

    Ive done Extra Easy all the way through im afraid so totaly not sure about Red (or green) I think there may be a few people doing red under the food/weight loss diary section, maybe they can help!

    Hope your doing well.

    I had my weigh in this week and i lost 3.5lbs :bliss:

    Am very happy :D

    I did the red diet all week as i knew it suit me best!

    On sat and sunday i did the EE :D
