3rd week and 1st stone!

    WOW - just had my third weigh last night, and have lost another 5 and a half lb, which puts me on a stone!!!

    That is in 3 weeks, and it is TOTM (again!)

    I had my my mum and dads anniversary meal last week too at a greek restaraunt and only ate salad and protien, so i am so pleased I didnt give in and eat all the carbs!

    For those who lose slowly - I thought I was destined for 2 or 3lb a week (whch would have been great, far more than WW or SW, for ma anyway) but it just goes to show....you never:D:D:D:D:D know.

    Yay!!! That's brilliant hun!!!! It's soo worth all the food avoidance. You are doing such a great job - and to avoid the crappy carbs too .... you deserve a great loss x
