3rd week huge loss?

First week I lost 7lbs.

Second week I lost 2lbs.

This week I have lost 8lbs, which I can't quite believe?

I have started running 3 days a week and have been going 2PP then 2PV days and making sure I have my oat bran daily.

Anyone else had this?

I am not complaining just found it really odd and surprising.
