    :)I haven't been able to post for last couple of weeks so am adding my last 2 weigh -ins here... obviousl;y from 1st week i had lost 8lbs which i was over the moon at, then 2nd week I did 4lbs off and this week...

    I lost anotehr 2lbs.. so am over the moon that my first target has been reached and am at 10st. 12lbs and still going strong... love the bars by the way...mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm:)
