3rd Weigh in

    Calorie Counting, Low Carb, SNS
    My first was the initial "ok, lets see how much I need to lose" and I weighed 212lbs.
    Then my "healthy lifestyle" got delayed by a week, due to being snowed in and having a bacon sarnie-loving boyfriend, and I weighed myself just over a week ago, the scales read 217lbs :eek:

    But... this morning I wandered over to the scales, expecting to be disappointed and they read 209 lbs!
    I've lost the extra weight I gained and 3 lbs off my starting weight!

    I wanted to share as I was so chuffed! Exercise is almost non-existent as I'm on crutches with my leg in a cast (broken fibula), so I really didn't expect this!:scale:
