Hi everyone,
I had my third weigh in today even though for me its day 29 (shifts) & have lost 5lbs. taking my total to 16 for the month which I am thriled about after what I thought a slow start.
I think what my problem was drinking too much water & now I have dropped to between 2.5 & 4 litres the weight has come off quicker.
Going out for a leaving do later & had bought a few weeks ago some skinny jeans (which were so tight they nearly stopped my blood circulation) & when I tried them on last night they fitted perfectly albeit a bit loose on the waist - result Im soooo happy
