I've seen a few people this week 'complaining' about 'only' losing 3lbs .... 3lbs is a fantastic loss and what we're told to expect ie. 3-4lbs a week. People who lose more are IMO very lucky but not necessarily the norm.
Please spare a thought for those of us doing our very best to stay positive about 1 and 2lb losses.

You really are doing VERY well! xx
