Attack 3s a charm! Here we go again.

Well... Here I am starting attack again!! Totally messed it up the first 2 times as will power got the better of me, here's me thinking I can just watch what I eat and be ok.... Wrong!! Hehe

So having got engaged at christmas with 2 years to go till the wedding and an admission to hospital that resulted in the consultant constantly saying "larger ladies are more prone to this" I am back fully focused and determined.

Previously with my work I struggled with meal choices, actually getting to eat was a issue! So a whole month off work thought this would be the ideal time to start! Ill be well into cruise by the time I go back.

Have spent all last week reading and re reading the book and forum... Did a huge tesco shop yesterday so here we go!!!!

So diary day 1

Breakfast-
2 egg omelette
2 rashers turkey bacon

Lunch-
Smoked salmon with pepper and lemon juice
Slice roast beef
Fat free yoghurt

Snack - sea food sticks

Dinner -
Chicken bhuna from recipe section
Shiritaki noodles

Snack later - 2 oatbran muffins

Day 2


Breakfast -
3 slices roast beef, fat free yogurt

Lunch -
Tuna steak
Prawns
Oat bran muffins

Snack - sea food sticks

Dinner - chicken with garlic and lemon
Sugar free jelly
 
Menu looking good .....but where's your oatbran ??????
 
In my muffins... Am I support to be eating it differently??


Feeling soooooo tired today. Can't be bothered doing anything!!!

Day 3-
Breakfast - yogurt and oatbran muffin

Lunch - salmon with lemon and pepper
3 slices turkey bacon

Snack - sugar free jelly

Dinner - steak and omlette

Snack - oat bran muffin
 
Day 2

3 slices roast beef, fat free yogurt

Lunch -
Tuna steak
Prawns
Oat bran muffins

Snack - sea food sticks

Dinner - chicken with garlic and lemon
Sugar free jelly

Don't worry your energy levels will increase. Take multi vitamins throughout your Dukan journey the good DR recommends them. Your doing fab xxx
