4.11pm - so far so good for restart!!

    Well, about to have half litre water and a banana pack - my first of the day.

    So far I have had 4 coffees, 3litre water and yet to "eat". But oh boy.... is it tough after last weeks hopeless dieting.:break_diet:


    This is my danger time so I'll be lurking for a while!!

    Well done for getting this far. Just take an hour at a time, you know how hard the first few days are so keep in mind your motivation.

    I am also on a re-start after a dreadful weekend of pizza, chocolate, chips etc. Really mad with myself- I have already lost over 3 stones so why I can't get my head back round it I don't know :( Best of luck- day 1 is always a shock to the system!
