4 day holiday and eating out 3lb loss

Just returned from 4 days away and I did dukan breakfasts and teas and eat out at lunch time. This was week 4 for me and I loss 3lbs - chuffed to bits.

These are my 4 lunches out:
Baked whole sea bass stuffed with a herb and seasonal veg - asked chef for no potatoes.

Steamed hake with mussels on a bed of samphire with seasonal veg - asked chef for no potatoes.

Grilled brill in garlic butter with rocket - asked chef to go light on butter, potatoes came with it - not shown on menu but I left them.

Mussels with shallots in white wine and cream - asked chef to go light on the cream - left the bread and butter that came with it.

I really enjoyed all my meals they were like wonderful treats and the best Dukan choices I could make on the menus.

I have hit the stone mark now and love my new stomach.
