I am starting to read the book "4 day win diet" by Martha Beck and want to try doing a series of 4 day wins. Anyone else up for a 4 day challenge?

I am having trouble thinking of rewards ~ both daily and at the end of the four days.... so all hints, tips and inspiration more than welcomed.
