Hi guys,

I started diet chef 4 days ago and without exercise I've lost 2lbs! I had to weight myself earlier then I wanted for motivation but so impressed how easy this is!

Thanks for all the info provided on this forum I was confused when I got the pack about extra calories but reading the threads has been a great help!

That's brilliant Bumble bee :) I've lost a lb, but I've been finding it hard to stick to. The food is nice, but I still have tempation round the house, and often opt for something else. Still 1lb in 5 days is good for me. I'm impressed with your 2lbs in 4 days!

Oh, and in my experience, exercise while on DC never seemed to alter my weight loss even when I was sticking to it 100%.

thats very bad advice dreamer lol!!!:D

you should exercise even if it doesnt make a difference to your weight immediatley it does raise your basic metabolic rate, and increasing muscle mass also increases your metabolism as the more developed your muscles are the more calories they need to burn.

It also keeps your heart and lungs healthy and boosts happiness inducing neurochemicals!

And if you do the right kind of exercise it can be great fun :D:D:D:D:D:D
