Hello Girls and Boys!!

Well its day 4, and we are doing very well. He is not too sure on it at the moment. But we went out for dinner last night and stuck to it. So I am very proud of him.

I was just wondering. When we went to dinner one of the friends that we went with, said that having a no carb or very low carb dinner, that we should not be having fruit in the day as a snack. As we have been having Grapes, Oranges, Apples. If that is wrong what is the best fruit to have??

Went and got the Atkins bars at Tesco's (what a rip off) so I am going to have to find some other type of bars. Even the CS will be better.

Think it is better to stick to the time of shakes and snacks when at work as weekend got up late and didn't quite know where to start.

What is the things that we should aviod the most, I know bread and pasta but is there any other major things. Esp for our first week?
