FOUR lbs gone.

I am so delighted. At last my life is on track. I used to be so miserable, now in the morning I have a smile on my face.

I have never had so much support, my counsellors are great a wonderful couple. Then I have this website - it's like I can't breathe until I have my daily oxygen.
