5 days of red days and not lost a pound

Hi
I' m so upset this morning, been on Slimming World doing Red days trying to avoid as many green days as i eat too many carbs especially pastas, and havn' t lost a pound.
yesterday i had
Salmon Flakes from waitrose smoked
Fat free tub of q4uark
packet of Ham waitrose
4 bars of alpen light which were my healthy b's
skimmed milk with coffees
asdas small packets of grapes and apples
4 glasses of vodka slimline tonics
Please help?
so dishaertened as i' ve tried very very hard
 
Don't be disheartened - 5 days is far too early to see much change. Also where are your vegetables/salad? Rather than packets and pots of things which will be calorie dense , less protein items with more free or SF vegetables will help. I know it's unlimited quantities but filling up on more SF type food will really help give you a better balance.

VLCD is only going to give you a quick loss of water which is gratifying on the scales but is going to be regained once you go back to a more normal eating plan plus it just leads to yo-yoing - I spent the last year losing and regaining the same half a stone when slow and steady would've given me a much better loss. Best of luck - whichever way you decide.
