Marinated some chicken with Chinese Five spice bit of garlic and fresh lemon zest. Kept it in fridge all day. Then i browned the chicken with some chopped peppers Spring onions and chopped onion. In another pan i cooked a packet of low fat chicken super noodles, to the noodles i added a chicken stock pot and herbs. I drained the sauce into the chicken and veg and cooked for another ten mins. Put noodles on a plate then add chicken and veg and drizzle the chicken/herb sauce over it
