Just had the closest call yet... I've been feeling pretty crappy all day and only managed 2 shakes so far today and have done a fairly hard Zumba class when I came home and cooked ds and oh herby chicken breasts. Ds only ate half of his and I'd cut them all up into cubes and as I was throwing them away I actually picked one up and was justifying putting in my mouth... But you know what stopped me?? The idea that I will have to start on 1/50 again tomorrow :)

Hi Im on my 22 nd day of the SOLE SOURCE CD and plan to do for another 60 days... Until 1st August but i did cheat after the 7th day and theb strictly back on CD after the 9th day. Havent cheated thereafter and have so far lost 6 kgs. Loosing all over except my big fat hips.... The problem area. Peeps will i loose on my hips or no. Am worried a lot as i do no exercise at all and sit most of the times being a teacher.

The area you dislike the most always seems to lose fat last! Don't worry - if you're dropping weight - it will come off your hips too.
I wouldn't worry about exercise at this point. You don't need to exercise in order for CD to work. However, you need to think about how you will maintain any losses - and you might need to commit to some activity in order to maintain your future lower weight.

Hey thanks dear. Hoping to continue this for another 2 months minimum and want to loose atleast 3.5 stone.
 
Is everyone on here doing ss or ss+? I'm afraid might after leave this thread soon, I'm really struggling to drink my shakes (had 1/2 one today) and I'm still doing my Zumba classes but it's killing me. I'm so tired and week I'm contemplating ss+ but I really don't want to leave the thread - its motivated me on so much this past week
