How much are people looking to lose? are most of you guys new to the diet?

Im new to Cambridge, on it for almost a week now, need to lose about 25lb. I came from Lipotrim which was awful, Im much happier with this plan. Cant wait to shed the exess weight and start eating proper food again. There is no way Im going back to the weight I am now. Maybe we should start a maintainance challenge after :p

I started last wednesday weighing 11 st 6 and i want to lose 27lb. Similar amounts for us to lose - may i ask what your goal is? x

I'm 4 ft 11 tall and weighed 138lb or 9.9 stone last week, started on Thursday. I want to get to the middle of my BMI of 22.5 which is 7.9 stone or 110 lb. So my plan is the same as yours, to lose 27lb :)

lil_legs, have you done Cambridge before? What did you think? or any other similar diets?
 
Yeah, same here tried weight watchers a few times but just cant discipline myself with so much choice.

So I went on a diet myself restricting to 900 cals a day, but found the losses so slow for the little amount of food I was eating and started cheating and put the weight back on.

I tried Lipotrim last year for 4 weeks but I couldnt handle the taste of the foods at all, there is very little choice and its all awful. So I gave up and again put the weight back.

I find that Cambridge seems much more doable, the food isnt awful, some of it is quite good. There is more choice and this time it seems I have more determination and support. :)

I promissed myself that this is the last time Im dieting, after this I will maintain and stick to it. Change my lifestyle. :)

Need to knuckle down and reach 9 st 7 once and for all then keep it off!

CD is making me address my biggest food problem though - eating when im bored! If i can conquer that i am confident i will keep it off this time!!

Is your first WI on thurs?

My first weigh in is actually tomorrow, CDC is busy Thursday and I have something on Wednesday so that was the only day that suited. Im scared and excited at the same time! When is your first weigh in?

I wanna do well and lose the weight. I just have to keep motivated and I think the 50 day target will help with that :)

Im the same, I eatbecause Im bored ALL THE TIME I think my plan of action is first of all to only eat when Im hungry and to have healthy snacks available when I do need a little something.

Ya that's perfect because I'm going on holiday the 28th of augest :) how do I add my weight and goal I'm new to this only can go on it on my phone :-( is there a way I can post up mine and I will weigh tomorrow too :)
