I weigh tomorrow officially - on my own as CDC is away for 2 weeks.
Weighed this morning so my start weight for this 50 days of 100% is 10 st 13 - whoo 7 lb down from starting weight on weds! X

Any body know if its possible to get from 10st5 to 9 stone by August!? Any tips or advice please!!
Im the same. I officially weigh on a weds morning but if you wanna do it weekly on a tues i can use that weight for this but my official weds wi for my progress or just use weds wi for this i dont think it makes much difference - id like to use weds if i can to keep it all consistant!Hey ashley148, Fitandforty, lovelyle and lil_legs, will we weigh weekly or what do yous think? Im a serial weigher so I hop on the scales everyday anyways. What ever suits yous is fine by me.
Guys, I am really sorry, am going to have to leave this challenge, I only come on my laptop about twice a week and I use an ipad, you can't cut and paste on the ipad. I am also not finding this website easy to navigate and keep losing the thread! so although I am doing great so far on cambridge I think I am getting more stressed about logging in to report than actually doing the diet! sorry and hope that makes sense.
