Hi everyone - not been on here for ages due to so much traveling with work over the last 7 weeks but have now finished work until the 3rd Jan. 
Anyways still been weighing in every Saturday morning & despite not going to any exercise classes for the last 7 weeks due to work I've still lost weight & even better this morning I acheived my award for losing 50lbs & another silver 7 too.
I am so chuffed as 50 lbs was my goal for christmas.
Roll on 2012 as I WILL be at goal for christmas 2012.
Have another weigh in on New Years Eve so that will keep me in check over the next few days as I have set myself the challenge of maintaining this week.
