Since then I was 193 I believe, and today I'm 182.6. So I'm down another 10 pounds. My goal is 165 so I'm almost there.

You look amazing!!!! Slim fast, I've done that b4 and it's great but really find it hard to get my head round it... I do slimming world, can eat loads and still lose
Keep doing what ever your doing and you'll get there in no time xx

I'm so scared to switch up a diet!!! (Scared of gaining ) this diet works for me and I'm used to it. It was hard at first but its a life change and I adjusted well. Thank u for the compliment n support !! Good luck on ur diet as well
