    Hi,ive been messing around with vintage points and sw and now I just need to get myself focused.2 years ago I was struggling to lose weight after losing 8 st on the old ww plan.I just couldnt shift anymore weight.I then became ill and gained weight (down to thyroid disease & cfs).I know im still going to struggled to lose weight but I know I have to give it the best shot I can.im going to keep a diary,however you will probably notice my food can be a bit odd but its just purely down to being too exhausted to take time on my meals...

    L : 2 things from my graze box : 8
    Cheese puffs : 2
    D : ww meal & salad : 9
    S : strawberries & aldi Greek yogurt : 2
    Graze box dessert : 6
    Biscuit bar : 3

    Morning,my weigh day is Thursday.lm struggling slightly but just because im anemic again and it makes me feel like im pregnant lol.I just go off certain foods (healthy food) and crave junk.

    I'm having 2 minute oats for breakfast, not really what I fancy to eat but I know it's good for me so I'm sticking with it, hope your day goes well, stay positive and focused x

    Hi all,unfortunately im very poorly at the moment so eating isnt really happening...lots of cups of tea with skimmed milk...hope to be back on here after the hospital have sorted me out...hopefully by the weekend xxx

    I weighed in this morning... 2lbs off...im at the hospital for treatment today so no food or drink so no point doing a diary today but back to it tomorrow x
