5k mondays

Iv decided as tuesday is weigh day and I'm normally most laziest on a Monday, with Monday blues I'm going to do 5k every Monday on the treadmill at the gym. I want to improve my time each week until I finally build up to run it all(going to be along thread!) haha

So here goes:
Week 1: 51mins40secs
How do I feel:sweaty ! Tired but feel good :)

I love running! I've stopped at moment to concentrate on basketball, as running started to effect my knees. But love the feeling after a run!!

Thank you! :) I used to love running then stopped so slowly starting to build it back up, my ultimate aim is to be able to run the entire 5k in time for next years race for life :)
