    Hi everyone,

    Another 5 lbs gone!!

I have just completed my 5th week on CD and have now returned to SSing after my AAM week.

I was a little disheartened last week after losing only 2lbs, but having weighed in last night, and having had a week of AAM, I was pleasantly surprised with a 5 lb loss.:)

Thats a total of 38lbs in five weeks.:D

FBNYS, I love reading your entries you always do so well and whenever I feel I'm doing rubbishy at this diet like now for example I often see a post by you and you've done amazingly well. Congratulations, I hope you are REALLY proud of yourself because you bloomin' well should be. 38lbs in 5 weeks, it just doesn't come much better than that. WELL DONE - i n s p i r a t i o n :-D xx
