I have lost 3 and a half stone since April 2011 on SW however I have messed around since then and have never hit target. I have 21lbs to go and would love to do it by April 11th as that would be my 2 year anniversary... I will settle for June 28th when I am maid of honour..

I have decided to mainly do red and green days. I feel like I cheat too much on EE so am going back to basics to start until I get into the swing of things...

I work shifts so will try my best to update this daily. Here goes....

No time for lunch :-(

SW chips, beans, egg, bacon (heb), sausage (12 syns)

Day went a bit down hill from here... I went to britons got talent auditions and ended up eating a packet of crisps.. got home and had a ham sandwich and 2 Cadbury roses...
Will be good tomorrow!
