7 pounds to goal!!

Today I have hit 3 stone 7 lost. Have 7 pounds to go to my goal weight!

Am a very happy Spooky today!!!
Seem to have been going along quite slowly lately but slow and steady wins the race!!!

It's inspiring me to shift those last few pounds! Seeing the scales move is just the best encouragement I could have. Sometimes it gets me down when I get on and they haven't moved and I feel like a trip to the fridge, but I remember how far I have come rather than whats left to do and it puts me off!!
