Hi everyone.
I hope you don't mind me posting. I am starting the cambridge diet tomorrow evening/Friday.
This is my first ever attempt at a 'proper' diet. I am currently around 17st (not 100% as I have dodgy scales) and I am a size 22 at worst, 18 at best. I am aiming for a goal weight of around 8 1/2 stone (hopefully size 8/10). I understand that is a harsh goal but before pregnancy 2.5 yrs ago I was a comfortable size 10 and feel if I can put on weight quickly I should hopefully lose the same way.
I am not sure whether I'm on SS or what step it will be. My consultant said I'd be on Red1 which is 4 shakes/porridge and 1 pint of skimmed milk per day.
I'm hoping that they will allow me to skip the milk though as I'm not too fond of it.
I hope you don't mind me posting my journey. In real life I basically hide away unable to talk openly about my weight so hope you don't mind! Also it'll be nice to talk to people going through the same things.
sorry about the essay!
