7 stone to lose after having a baby & comfort eating

Lost 2lbs this week.knew it wouldn't be higher as have had wine & I didn't count Saturday after 4pm but I'm gunna be better this week

Wednesday so far

Breakfast - mushrooms, plum tomatoes, egg, quorn sausage (1 SYN), 2 x toast (HEB), butter (2 SYNS)

Snack - Crab sticks
Lunch - Chicken & Mushroom pot shot, fruit
Snack - Tangerine & Apple
Tea - Chicken, Roast Potatoes, Carrots, Peas, Broccoli, Gravy (1/2 SYN ??)
Snacks - Wine around 130ml (5 SYNS ?)

Total - 8.5 SYNS

Lunch - Trout,1/2 pack
Aldi Roasted Veg Cous Cous (1 SYN), Cucumber, Red Onion, Tomato,

Tea - Stew (Rich beef stock pot, Lean Braising

T - sw chicken tikka masala, chips, rice, naan bread (unsure on syns as left this task to my bf who informs me there was no ww ones so god knows how many calories it is arghhhh )

Sunday was ok until tea time when I used lots of olive oil for my tea, had two tbsp Nutella, 2 glasses wine & can carlsberg , 2 fun size choc bars (not real bad but I stopped counting!!

Monday

B - 1 alpen light (HEB), cucumber & tomato

L - low fat super noodle, crisps (3 syns),strawberrys

T - garlic & rosemary potatoes with red onion & Serrano ham(syns anyone????), lemon & garlic chicken, green beans

Stopped the diet on 19th of dec weighing in at 15st 4 and I wi today and gained 2 lbs in 3 weeks so I'm quite happy!! Starting up again tomorrow so fingers crossed eek

Not started on the diet yet as still av some fatty food in but I'm guna syn it anyways

Breakfast - 2 potato waffles , fried egg

Lunch - 2 mushrooms, mozzarella (HEA) , bacon, garlic, salad

Tea - steak, chips, mushroom, tomato

Large glass of red wine

Ill syn it later when I'm brave

Ps weighed myself this morning and I weigh 15st 3'8 ( I weigh in mornings but yesterday weighed in afternoon so ill use this weight instead . Total loss so far is 10 lbs
