glad your here, yep still on the biking and had my weigh in on Wednesday instead of Friday loss 4lb.
Racing in a fortnight so thats when the difficulty arises i have to start taking in carbs again next week so we shall see what happens again.
Hows the swimming going?

Swimming is fine, taking it easy with my knee and all. Am doing at least 45-1hour. Will keep building it up, but is helping tone up a bit.

Good u weight is moving again, u are always on the go with u races, good luck for that. x
 
Thanks, it takes soooo long with that sort of knee injury I do hope you can get it better that way as I think although it takes ages its the easiest way.
