810 help!

funnily enough i have my book behind me as im on my first 810 week tomorrow

340ml skimmed milk

250g cottage cheese 5% fat
325g cottage cheese reduced fat 2%
175g skinless chicken breast
175g turkey breast
275g white fish fillet
260g tinned tuna (in water)
190g fresh tuna steak
275g quorn

3 tablespoons

rocket, lambs lettuce, watercress,raddiccio, little gem or romaine lettuce, celery,cucumber, red radishes, courgettes,marrow, spinach, kale, turnip, taro tops, pak choi , chinese cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower , cabbage, asparagus, fennel celeriac or mushrooms

think thats all right hth

and let me know if you work out how on earth to measure 3tbp of Asparagus as i've never managed it! :) lol

I'm actually a bit nervous about it SS+ has been my life for so long now I feel I've become so comfortable with it being the norm and now they are making me eat more! lol, how dare they?!?

not on 810 yet hun....still got to get my BMI to healthy before i'm there....its the quantities i have issues with on 810! I'm the same, its become a big of a comfort zone being on SS, but i'm sure the transition will be no different to when i started SS in the frist place! lol
