I've looked through threads and can't find anything but I have just picked up my new book frm my cdc and even she wasn't sure of the answer.

Why do some recipes include green peppers, spring onions and lemons:eek: when they are not on your allowed list????

Can someone clarify? Does that mean there are 'other' things we can have that we are not told about.

Ok thanks guys...think i will use the recipes and stick to those ingredients...

I just get fed up with all of the mixed messages. But hey peppers and spring onions i'm not complaining;)
