Step 1 Sole Source 8lb of SS...

    I've been struggling a little the past couple of weeks and not been stricken to plan so I've set myself a challenge....

    I am sticking to SS until I get to BMI 25... I have 8lb to lose until I get there!

    So today is day 1 of my SS challenge - wish me luck :)

    Wk 1 -8lb
    Wk2 -6lb
    Wk3 -3lb
    Wk4 -4lb
    Wk5 -3lb
    Wk6 -3lb
    Wk7 -3lb
    Wk8 -STS :-(
    Wk9 -STS :-( Again

    Day 2 off my SS challenge... 8lb to go until I get to BMI 25...

    I will than do step 2 for as long as possible ...

    In an idea world I would love to get to 8st 7lb (then I have a buffer of a couple of lb - I want to maintain under 9st)

    I am half way to my goal - I've lost 22lb - 22lb to go!!!!

    Current weight 9st 11lb - (5lb to BMI 25)

    Hi - how is it going? Are you still sticking to your challenge? I find challenges are a great way to stick to things and I seem to do better under pressure too :)
