9:15 WI - AM BACK!!!

Back from WI - l lost - yipee ;) - 1 lb - not the 2 lb challenged to lose :(- BUT I did beat my consultant..Yipee..:kissass:.

Challenge back on for this week - 2lb:p

So as EE seems to slow me down am going to turn the WEEK RED, apart from Sunday when will have EE day as have lots of PEAS in their PODS to eat - 2 x 500g bags. :cool:

Red Week here I come:-

I have made the following since I have been back from WI

- 1 x SW Quiche - with Mushrooms, Peppers, Tomatoes, Quorn, Cumberland Sausages, and left over chicken.
- Cooked up some skinless drumsticks
- Made a chilli for tea - will syn the beans and have with jkt spud.

Have a good feeling about this week.

Just have Sunday on EE so I can finish my Peas in Pods and also have sunday lunch round in-laws.
