Had a WI on Friday which took me to 15st 6lbs, really upsetting to see a 15 on the scales again but I have myself to blame for it.

I need to stop making constant excuses for myself & just realise that the only way I am going to get to goal is to put the effort in.

I am the only person who is in control of this, it's crazy because everyday I am miserable at how big I am. Nothing fits me nicely, I am constantly drowning myself out in baggy clothes but can I stop myself eating all the wrong foods? It appears not.

I am going to be 100% accountable from now on.

This is the start of a new positive me :classic_big_grin:

Day 1/53 - Monday 10092018
Day has started off well, felt really hungry for a while this morning but 2 black coffees & some water later I am feeling alright. Will hold off on having shake #1 until about 11.45am so that I can last the rest of the day in work with shake #2 at 5.30pm then home for my bar once I finish work.

Plan is for me to lose 2st in this 53 days, so want to be 13st 6lbs by the end of this, here we go!

First shake down & onto my 2nd litre bottle of water. Pee'd about 10 times already today :classic_tongue:

Still feeling hungry but I know that this feeling will pass, hoping by the end of the week this is a thing of the past. No headache yet which is good but that will probably come on tomorrow.

Also just checked my schedule in work & only realising now that I need to work until 7pm :classic_frown: it's only an extra 1/2 hour but still! Can't wait to get home, been a long day.

What about some glucomannan tablets to help keep you feeling full? I use them on WI day and they're great for me.

Day 1/53 ended with me heading home to munch on a CWP chocolate bar & attempt to drink some more water. Couldn't drink anymore, already had 3l water, 2 black coffees & 2 chai teas in work so felt like I was gonna drown myself from the inside :classic_confused:

Think that is plenty of fluid to keep me going though so will just aim for that everyday & see how I get on.

Day 2/53 - Tuesday 11092018
Feeling better this morning, had a monster of a headache last night before I went to bed then it took me forever to get to sleep last night. It's all temporary though & I know it will pass in a few days. Will all be worth it!

Everyday is going to be the same product wise for me, I don't really get bored of them which is good & I am a wee creature of habit so all good there.

Hoping the hunger feelings pass sooner than later, yesterday was fine cos no one in work was sitting next to me but today I have a neighbour & hardly want them sitting listening to my stomach rumbling all day :classic_eek:

Anyhoo off to get some work done, will check in later on.
